Adam Gibbs has been a solicitor in Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay since 2001, and opened S + P Lawyers Ballina in July 2012. As a local business owner and family man Adam is very aware of the needs and requirements of the local community. Adam prides himself in being approachable, professional and reliable and is available to his clients at all times.
A proud supporter of local sport and passionate about the wonderful Northern Rivers region Adam is an active community member and provides legal advice to numerous local businesses and various local organisations as well as the hundreds if not thousands of clients that he has been fortunate enough to act for over the past years. Adam seeks to provide his clients with the knowledge and services they will need at all stages of their personal and professional lives and being able to provide his clients with the right legal advice has seen Adam consistently rewarded with repeat business and word of mouth referrals.
Adam brings a wealth of retail and commercial leases and property and conveyancing experience and is admitted to practice in NSW and the High Court of Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws.
When not at work Adam enjoys spending time with his two beautiful boys, travelling around the world, being a mad Sydney City Roosters’ fan (don’t hold that against him), and spending time with his family and friends in the picturesque Northern Rivers’ area in which he is fortunate enough to reside.
Isabelle Braly – Solicitor

Originally a pro longboard surfer, Isabelle supplemented her international surfing career by using her education qualifications to teach English to both children and adults.
Having settled on the far north coast of NSW, Isabelle undertook her Juris Doctor at Bond University, and after being admitted as a solicitor, commenced work as a corporate, and then duty, solicitor for Legal Aid.
As the daughter of a builder, Isabelle focused her legal career on her passion for building and construction law. Isabelle advises on contracts, disputes, defective work, incomplete work, payment and securities issues, subcontractors’ arrangements and debts for homeowners/builders in residential and commercial matters. Isabelle also practices and advises on a wide range of commercial, civil and local court matters, including, driving and traffic offences, debt collection, property and neighbour disputes, and family provision claims.
Isabelle describes herself as forthright, friendly, honest and committed to obtaining the best results possible for her clients. With a Bachelor of Arts, and a Graduate Diploma of Education, Isabelle is S + P’s resident wordsmith!
Isabelle is often found riding a longboard, surfing the local waves (of course only after the client work has been completed!) and spending time with her son and their chocolate Labrador, either playing soccer or with their toes planted firmly in the sand at their local beach.
Saasha Greeney – Solicitor

Saasha commenced her career in industrial relations and human resource management, and after being admitted, has specialised in providing workplace relations advice to private sector clients.
Saasha is known by her clients to be easy to work with, passionate, energetic, and innovative, whilst her unique experience ‘from both sides of the table’ results in pragmatic outcomes and solutions to industrial relations matters, and the provision of proactive assistance to ensure compliance with workplace and employment laws.
Saasha advises on the engagement and termination of workers, award and legislation interpretation and consultation, managing employee misconduct and underperformance. unfair dismissal and general protection disputes, and provides training on discrimination, harassment, bullying, and misconduct.
Saasha has previously worked for the renowned Australian law firms, Minter Ellison and Hicksons Lawyers, and brings a wealth of Australian workplace employment experience. Saasha is admitted to practice in NSW, and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor (Hons 1st Class).
Saasha is Adam’s sister (she says don’t hold that against her … he says don’t hold that against him!) and loves living and working in her slice of rural paradise at Lennox Head with her husband and their two children. In her spare time Saasha is a keen equestrienne, enjoys travelling the countryside supporting her children’s sporting endeavours, and spending time with her close knit family and friends.
Stephanie Gasbarrone – Office Manager

Stephanie commenced with S + P Lawyers in February 2018 as a Legal Secretary and in early 2019 transitioned into the role of Office Manager. In this role Stephanie is responsible for day-to-day operations, including accounts management, marketing, and client and supplier relationship management.
Stephanie’s invaluable and extensive prior history working in law firms, specialising in Conveyancing and Wills & Probate, combined with current studies in law, provides S + P with indispensable paralegal support.
Stephanie has a natural ability to coordinate, organise and facilitate unusual and difficult situations, is efficient and responsive and strives to provide every client with a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
When not at work Stephanie enjoys keeping fit, travelling to new locations, exploring new beaches, spending time with family and friends, and excitedly anticipating the end of her Bachelor of Laws studies in 2021!
